The CTE programs Junction City High School offers a variety of courses that focus on developing skills and knowledge in specific career fields. Some courses offered include:

1. Business and entrepreneurship: A course that focuses on developing skills in marketing, accounting, and management, and may include topics such as business planning, financial analysis, and customer service.

2. Healthcare: An introductory course to the healthcare industry and may cover topics such as anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, and patient care.
