The mission of the continuous school improvement team is to improve all aspects of education at Junction City High School including but not limited to accreditation and target test scores.
Each C.S.I.. sub-committee is made up with at least one person from each department.
 Nut & Bolts, Building Relations, Assessment and Technology committee's help to set policy and assist in determining the direction the school takes in day to day operations. Seminar committee has been discontinued, however the policies developed by them are still in place and available as a resource.

Reading and Writing goals have been combined into Literacy. Literacy and Math are the schools Q.P.A. target areas. They help to write the school profile and monitor the profiles implementation.
Mentoring Committee assist teachers new to the building.
